Having a clear and well-planned dissemination and exploitation strategy is essential for making sure that target stakeholders are segmented and identified, value propositions are tailored to their needs and adoption pathways are defined. Dissemination makes sure the right people know your results exist. Exploitation makes sure they are taken up, used and sustained after the project ends.
DEDEP.eu has designed templates and tools to help beneficiaries on this path. These have been designed as part of support services delivered by DEDEP.eu but can also be used alone. They help structure discussions, improve planning, guide implementation, and support projects in moving from dissemination towards uptake, reuse and sustainability.
