The challenge

Engaging a wide and diverse stakeholder community was a key dissemination challenge for DC4EU. The project involved actors from different sectors, including public authorities, private organisations, education and social security stakeholders, making it essential to adapt communication and ensure a common understanding of the project’s objectives. Limited resources for specialised communication activities also created challenges in maintaining visibility and reaching broader audiences.

DC4EU structured its communication activities through 11 newsletters, 20 scientific publications and 432 posts on LinkedIn.

The solution

DC4EU adopted a collaborative communication approach to keep partners and stakeholders engaged throughout the project. Regular updates through the website, social media and newsletters ensured that progress and key achievements were shared in a clear and accessible way.

The project also actively showcased its results to the scientific community while encouraging collaboration and knowledge exchange between partners and external stakeholders. This continuous engagement helped increase the project's visibility, strengthen cooperation across the consortium and build a growing community around its objectives.

To effectively spread and leverage project results, focus on strategic communication tailored to varied audiences. Use the right channels and adapt outcomes to meet end-user needs. This boosts immediate relevance and ensures long-term sustainability!
