DIGITAL4Business promotes stakeholder engagement and supports policy development, helping bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements.
The challenge
Turning visibility into actual student enrolments was a key dissemination challenge for the joint European Master’s programme. While the project successfully increased awareness through online communication, reaching the right audience and converting interest into applications required a more targeted approach.
The availability of funded places also influenced enrolment dynamics, making it important to adapt communication efforts and focus on direct engagement with relevant stakeholders.
These efforts contributed to increasing the project’s visibility online, with its LinkedIn community reaching more than 1,400 followers.
The solution
The project adopted a structured and evidence-based approach to ensure that its solutions matched the needs of employers and learners. By combining targeted communication, close cooperation with employers and public employment services, and continuous feedback from stakeholders, the project was able to adapt its activities and strengthen its relevance.
An agile and inclusive process, together with the pursuit of accreditation and market validation, helped ensure that the project results could be useful and adopted in the long term.
Digital4Business addresses Europe’s digital skills gap with a joint, cross-border Master’s,co-designed by academia and industry. It is a European model for equipping professionals with the advanced digital skills urgently needed across sectors & countries.

Digital4Business became a DEDEP.eu Inspiring Story thanks to its effective dissemination approach. The project supports EU policy by directly addressing the advanced digital skills gap through a scalable and accredited model.
The programme supports innovation in SMEs and creates access to professional upskilling for underrepresented groups.
Its recognition by EQAR strengthens its replicability and positions it as a model for future Europe-wide education models.
