This workshop will explore how agrifood innovators can progress from regional support through EDIHs and Test and Experimentation Facilities (TEFs), towards AI Factories and other systems. Moving from AI awareness to validated, deployable and market-ready solutions. A practical client journey will illustrate how these infrastructures can connect and complement one another. Participants will then map potential pathways to engagement with TEFs and AI Factories, identifying opportunities, gaps and enabling conditions. The workshop will also explore how evidence and experience from EDIHs and other ecosystem actors can inform regional, national and European policy, supporting a more connected and effective agrifood AI ecosystem.
